I am having all the same issues as Steev045. The calorie counts add insult to injury. 87 calories after an hour workout?? In addition, the last two nights, I get a big move bar when I'm sleeping. Not that it is a big deal, but everything combined makes my Vivofit2 nearly worthless.
Same problems here. The only thing i found is, without HRM-data it syncs perfectly.
Can someone confirm this?
No, I've use my HRM every time I start an activity. Still no sync, calories from MyFitnessPal are off, and the steps do not match between the device(Vivofit2) and either app or pc.
Yes, I have the same problems. All my HR data from activity disappears.
How Garmin can so untested product release to market.
My level of satisfaction with vivofit 2 falls !!!

Well, just like everyone else, the update on Monday has me stymied. No activities since Monday UNLESS I do not use HRM. This is silly. If Garmin cannot figure out what went wrong with the forced update, then revert to the way it was until they do get it figured out.
Also, I used to START, then press once to get the HRM working. Now, if I don't start the HRM FIRST, I cannot get it to show up if Activity is running.
C'mon Garmin. I love this thing but not so much if it does not work. I spent the extra bucks for the HRM feature. I do not want to stop using it just to get Activities back.
BTW, I have done everything suggested in this thread with no success.
I am having all the same issues. A 90 minute workout for a 200lb 34 year old should be far more than 120 calories burned. I have tried unpairing, deleting the app, emailing garmin, etc. I am so fed up.
All Garmin Support is doing is telling me to update everything which I have done and to disconnect and reconnect the vivofit. I'm using and iphone and Mac. Anyone with this issue with a Droid? Curious if this is an issue related to Apple.
I am also having the following problems after new update:
1. Activities wont sync: <-- Already resolved
2. Activities using HRM not sync <-- havent tried yet after resolving issue 1)
3. During 1 hour TRX Training with HRM, my calories burned is only 50 Cal. Normally it is 500-600 since it is intense workout
Activities do actually sync but the time stamp is such a mess. My timezone is GMT +7. So those early morning run actually sync but was posted to yesterday. Sign in to your garmin connect from web browser. Check your timezone. Somehow garmin reset your timezone to GMT-0. I fixed it this morning and my vivofit sync works fine.
I havent tried with activities with HRM yet as I am down with flu today.
FYI, I am using android os. Tried unpair vivofit 2, restart app, delete app, pairing again. Nothing works.
Without HRM-data its useless for me. Using Android and GC/GCM is one of the main features I wanted to use. Now its just a expensive step counter and watch.
