I cannot get my Vivofit 2 activities to sync to Garmin Connect. Is there a fix for this yet?

Thanks,

Same here, cannot sync since Monday...

    You're not alone.

Activities are not syncing since the update, neither are all of my steps, as in the unit shows 11,289 but the app shows 11,184.

    What the.?
  • I'm having the same problem - sort of. This morning's run with my Fenix 3 does not appear on Garmin Connect despite the watch syncing several times, supposedly successfully. However, I have set up Garmin Connect to automatically sync to various other websites and my run appears on Strava and MapMyRun (but not MyFitnessPal or Runkeeper). Most strange. I usually sync through Bluetooth to my iPhone. I don't have the cable with me at work today so can't try it through Garmin Express. I updated the Garmin Connect app last night to the vastly different version so I assume that's where the issue lies?

Same issue here - activities haven't synced since Monday morning and also my steps are off like Steev0450. I've emailed customer support and they had me try various things but my activity this morning still didn't sync. SO FRUSTRATING!

Same for me. I had to manually put the activity in. So frustrating.
  • Try removing the vivofit from Garmin Connect Mobile and adding it back again.
also remove the vivofit from your Bleutooth settings in de phone menu.
my girl had the same problem yesterday, and by removing and pairing it back again all was fixed.
  • I can't actually find anywhere in the app to unpair my Fenix!
  • On iOS in the app go to down right corner and "more" scroll down to "Garmin devices" select the "!" Top right of the screen. In the next screen select "unpaid device" then select your Fenix 3 "forget device".
  • Thanks - just did it but it still won't sync this morning's run :(
