My data on calories in/out have not synced for the last couple of days. Also, the syncing icon on the right side of the screen shows "20", which I assume means data are waiting to be synced. I have tried several times, and also closed out of Connect and reopened. As far as I can tell, syncing with my device (Forerunner 15) is working correctly.
Sync also stopped for me on 19/10/15. I noticed that I updated the MyFitnesspal App on that day so don't know if the problem started at that end? I can manually sync from Garmin Connect website but the Calorie Goal for the last few days doesn't port over, leaving me with a negative calorie intake. The Calorie Goal does sync for the current day only. I updated the Garmin Connect App on my iPhone 6 yesterday but I still see the problem. I have disconnected/reconnected MyFitnessPal from Garmin Connect website but still face the same issues. Any ideas??
I have had this same problem for the past 2 days. Tried disconnecting from myfitnesspal both on the app and the desktop version, logging out, logging back in and reconnecting. Still not working. All the information is correct in myfitnesspal but won't sync. Would really like to have this fixed since I use it to make sure I am eating enough throughout the day.
Same issue with MFP not connecting on iPhone 6s. Got the latest iOS update today and nothing fixed. I disconnected both in the app and online and reconnected. But still won't read data to each other.
After disconnecting and reconnecting from MFP, some problems remain. The My Day summary page doesn't automatically update with calorie data until I go to the Calories In/Out page, then back to My Day, then do a refresh. Using on Android 5.1
The major issue I have though is, since Oct 20, it doesn't pick up the calorie/baseline daily goal, so now the remaining calories and historical results aren't accurate. The calorie tracking on the web/desktop browser is also wonky, so I'm assuming they're exploring the GC/MFP interaction.
On a more positive note, I like the new GCM app UI/UX a lot more than the previous version. It syncs correctly and reliably with my fenix 3 and the depth of available detail and information and history about activities is exceptional.
Same problem with calorie goal not transferring from My Fitness Pal. Works sometimes with current day, but everything falls off for previous days. This seems to be widespread and Garmin is shockingly silent
