It also says limited service. This normally means that you need to be patient while they catch up, which is why it's now working for some and not for others.
It has always been working for some and not for others. It said "Limited Service" before they put up the resolution update.
Surely if it was only resolved for some and not all they would have said "Resolved for some and not for all" but it just says "We have resolved the issue...".
My vivofit worked correctly. My vivosmart didn't auto-detect but worked after entering a stop and start time.
My sense is that it isn't 100% yet but that happens for me from time-to-time so I'll see how things go tonight.I started the case initially because back on the 7th and 8th, sleep tracking was stopping for me at midnight. Now the 7th and 8th are complete. Oct 9th and 10th are still incomplete and I suspect it will remain that way. Everything beyond the 10th is OK for me.
