So I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the mobile app and connect on my macbook, my macbook shows the garmin in my finder window, and bluetooth is on the vivosmart device. When I look at the LED screen when it's plugged in it has the USB symbol. But when I try to get my smart to connect to either the computer or my iPhone it can't find it. It keeps asking me to retry. Even tried putting it in pairing mode, and they've been previously paired before.
Any ideas on what I should do? I've spent the last 2 hours trying to get this thing to work and keep getting the same answers in the FAQS... None of those solutions have worked. Thanks in advance
