I'm new to the world of Garmin and am trying to get to grips with an Edge 25. I'm 62 and have entered my age correctly, but the machine insists my Max HR is 185, whereas I know (through a Ramp Test) that for cycling it's 164. I've tried to change it, but failed dismally up to this point.
How do I load a more accurate Max Hr, and can I load different values for different activities?
