Getting Sleep App on Garmin Connect - FitBit

I like to ask where do i find the sleep app on Garmin Connect.
Also is there a way to sync Fit Bit to Garmin Connect
just recently purchased FIT BIT charge HR

For sleep, just add the sleep widget to your Connect dashboard.

To get fitbit data into Connect, try this:

https://www.fitnesssyncer.com/

However, if you expect to use fitbit accelerometer information into Connect, I doubt that it will work. Integration with Fitbit is really just for activities.
