HR graph not always visible in Garmin Connect when using HRM-Swim and HRM-Tri

Hi,

I have FR920XT and HRM-Swin and HRM-Tri.
I have found that in open water swimming with HRM-Tri I get HR graph in Garmin Connect (on the web).
Not in mobile version of GC but that is a well documented limitation at the moment.

The issue I have is that it appears to be random if I get or do not get the HR graph when I do indoor pool swimming using HRM-Tri and/or HRM-Swim.
I have no clue what causes it to work and what not. It appears to record HR data correctly and when you stop the activity and save the HR data appears to get downloaded to FR920XT. You can see HR average and max per split so it seems to work fine with the single exception that the HR graph does not appear in Garmin Connect.

Anyone has any idea what could be the cause and if there is a workaround?

I did send detailed reports to Garmin via the email for beta because I also tested version 5.28 and found issues with laps missing etc. So I added my findings also regarding HRM-Swim and HRM-Tri.
