Oauth connection from Strava --> Garmin does not work.

I follow the instructions. I get to this page:

https://connect.garmin.com/modern/oauthConfirm?hl=en_US&oauth_token=10157063-ff02-4665-b82b-98728fae2a25&oauth_callback=https://www.strava.com/oauth/garmin_connect/authorize#

I click the blue button and it hangs. Nothing happens.

How do I talk to an actual customer support / technical support person about this?

earlier it didn't work for me in Firefox but in Chrome it loaded almost instantly.
