Creating a Route - Elevation Gain? - An uphill Struggle!

Hi Guys

Does anyone know how to get the elevation gain to be displayed on the summary of the proposed route?

I can see the distance and the time but the elevation gain & loss are empty

Anyone know how to resolve this?
