Zumo 390 locks up !

This is my 1st post so please bear with me. I have been on the road for 3 weeks, and the 390 just locked up when using the Trip Planner. If I transfer a Track to the Trip Planner, it loads dozens of copies of the same trip, and won't allow me to delete anything as it fills the memory. Can't figure this one out. I am calling the tech line in the morning, but wonder if anyone has come across this issue.
