Unable to sign in to Garmin Connect mobile app

I'm hoping somebody can help please?
I have just downloaded the Garmin Connect app to my Samsung Tab 4, however I am unable to sign. My email address and password is definitely correct. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but with no success.
Has anybody else had this problem and been able to resolve it?
Any help would be appreciated.

    garmin connect, fenix 3 and ios 9

    there appears to be a problem with garmin connect and iphone new ios 9. Keeps restarting my fenix 3
  • Are you using your email address as your user name or the username you setup for your account? It should be your username as you can have multiple usernames on Connect with only one email address.
