Connecting to Fitness on Facebook

How do I get my garmin to directly post to Fitness on Facebook. I could get my very basic Nike to do it but can't seem to find out how to change things so my Garmin will post instead.

social networking features are not really those things which is garmin known for.

try connecting your garmin account with runtastic or sites like that one and let runtastic do the job.

just a question from me though... are you exercising for you or for your fb-friends?
