Elevation on Garmin Connect upside down?

Hi,

I am a FR610 user and normally I do not pay a lot of attention to the elevation chart on Garmin Connect. Today however I did and found it interesting that the highest part of a bridge had a 0 meter elevation, where the lower part was 9 meters above sea level. So climbing the bridge was running downhill according to Garmin :D
Disabling the Elev Correction did not change it. So I am wondering if the elevation correction is not working, or if there is something else happening.

Since I know someone with a Barometric Garmin I checked "his elevation" at the same point. The result, 14 meters above sea level. Does anyone have an explanation for this?
I understand the "errors" of GPS Altimeters but the fact that the correction does not make a difference, makes me think that there is no corrected elevation data available?
In that case, perhaps it would be interesting if Garmin used the Baromatic data of their users as "corrected" elevations.

Does anyone else have the same experience on the Elevation data?
