yesterday when adding a new device(vivosmart) and removing an old one the timezone on my device got changed accidentally. I successfully changed the time zone back before going to sleep. In garmin connect for windows. The sleep times and wake up times are correct but in the mobile app for my ipad mini the times are off by four hours.
Also i returned one vivosmart and bought a new one... it is still showing in the garmin connect for windows despite the fact that I removed for the ipad app and from garmin express???
Two kind of weird and frustrating things.

I tried to uninstall the mobile app from the ipad and reinstalled it to no avail. I wish this was just simple and let me get on with my day.... so far I have wasted more time fiddling with the apps than getting active which is not what I had hoped for :(:(
