Known Issue/Solutions: Server Errors

We have seen an increased number of “Server Error” sync failures being caused by old software updates being left in the download queue.

If you are receiving repeated "Server Error" messages when syncing, please check the download queue in your Garmin Connect account online. The download queue can be found in your account by clicking the two arrow icons in the Menu bar on the left side of the webpage.

If you have an older software version in the queue and/or multiple software updates in the queue, this is potentially the cause of server error. Please delete the updates using the 'X' icons to the right of each download.

On the next sync, the most recent software update(s) should be added back into the queue and sync successfully.
