For some users, the recent v2.13 update to Connect Mobile for iOS has created unusual app behaviors, specifically for those who have updated from a previous app version.
We have found that in these instances it is best to take the following steps to correct the issue(s):
1. Unpair all devices in the app and in the iOS Bluetooth settings
2. Uninstall the app
3. Restart the phone
4. Reinstall the app from the Apple App Store
5. Pair the device in the app again
These steps have been successful for almost all cases. We are currently investigating the cause. Our apologies for any inconvenience!
