New 2.13 version iOS app bugs!

Hi there!

The new version of the mobile app for iOS have some bugs, I can´t see all the info, apps, widgest, storage on the mobile app there´s sort of "Network connection error" (My fenix 3 is still connected to the bluetooth).

On the Connect IQ Store option, the apps "web page" doesn´t work anymore, it displays it like if I am not on the app.

I´d attached some screenshots.

Any one having this problems?



  • Getting the same errors...
  • I don't have the errors described above, but I'm not able to customise the dashboard. I can switch things like activities, steps calories ect on and off, but I can't move them up or down, I tested this on my iPhone 6, iPad Air and iPhone 4.
  • I am getting BOTH the errors described above.
    Garmin continues to amaze ..............
    Let's throw something together, not test it at least for the OBVIOUS, and throw it out there.
    I hate to bad mouth because I am a heavy user of their stuff but I swear lately it is like one step forward, five steps back .........
    Will wait to see how it's fixed and what gets broke in the process.
    Par for the course these days.

    Yeap.. that´s right.

    Another thing is that I can´t display the calendar for the scheduled activities. :(

  • "Device" list sub-menu in LiveTrack shows a blank white bar with only a single checkbox on my iPhone 5, iOS 9 beta, fenix 3 connected.

    This latest connect IOS Build 2.13 update has broken the following

    syncing courses from iPhone 6 to Edge 810 (says syncing nd complete but don't transfer anything )

    and rides won't upload to garmin connect anymore when i click save ( just says upload failed )


    always worked with previous IOS versions

    live tracking works still so connection to iPhone 6 is working

    i have 2 lines where the first one has the fenix 3 in it but the other one is blank/empty and should list my edge 1000

    Problem...

    I'm also having a the same problem and it truly is frustrating as I only use my iPhone to sync my Fenix 3 ever since the update. I hope this gets fixed soon, because I truly like the watch, but I really am contemplating returning it before the return date expires.

    Does anyone know of any other way to sync the watch to my iPhone without a computer?
