iOS App - Notifications, multiple device LiveTrack, iOS 9 compatibility

Using iOS 9 Public Beta 2 on an iPhone 5.

A few questions:

Before the latest update (2.13 -- 8/5) the app seems to act a little odd with my Fenix 3.

1) While sleeping it seems like notifications do not occur on my fenix (even with auto-sleep detection on). Either they don't occur, or I don't notice them. Still, when I wake up my phone doesn't show any notifications on my Lock Screen. Is my GCM / fenix 3 combination clearing all of my notifications rather than simply not sending them to the fenix while sleeping? Is there a way to tell when the GCM app clears a notification (i.e. when I actively do via the watch)

2) I think it started with the iOS 9 beta, but it could also be a fenix 3 firmware question. I don't often run the app in the foreground. I have noticed that my activities often sync fine without actively pulling open the app, but my sleep and steps (activity tracking data) seems to not sync until I open the app and let it sit there to sync. I don't recall this happening a month or two ago, so I assume it is either newer fenix firmware or my iOS beta. Anyone else notice similar?

3) I like the new app's notion of multiple devices being active. I only have 1 paired at the moment, but noticed the LiveTrack page shows a "Devices" option. When I click it, however, it takes me to a blank page with a single white line with a checkbox in it. I presume it is supposed to list my connected fenix 3, but it shows nothing. Is it just me?
  • I have the same issue. Have to manually open GCM to make my Fenix 3 sync. It started with the lates BLE firmware update on my Fenix, i do have iOS 9 installed, but Fenix 3 BLE firmware i have to open the app on my iphone 6 to make it sync.
