After updating my apps on 25 July, I found that my steps and sleeping data won't update to garmin. The only things it upload is the activities. Is it bugs on the latest update?
I got the same issue. It connects to my phone no problem but starts the sync and almost immediately gives me "failed to sync" error while syncing my steps.
Pretty damn frustrating to drop $300 on a watch to have features not work. Let me know if you figure out how to fix this. Thanks
Garmin 225 here.. Stop syncing yesterday morning. Went through support channels and they had me email them logs. No resolution. Escalated to development.
I can sync only when i plug the watch directly into garmin express. Bluetooth sync says it was successful (TWICE in a row) but nothing transfers.
