Must confirm Edge 810 connection in app, every time

I have to click "Allow" in the Connect app on IOS 8.4 (Iphone 5S) have I overlooked a setting to allow "silent" Connection to the phone?

On an Android Device this is completely seamless and the Connection is very stable.

This is normal if the app isn't currently active.

If the app is active, then the connection will happen automatically.

It's much better in Andriod Phones then, here it Connects and syncs totally silent.

I think it's a security feature. You wouldn't want an unauthorized device connecting and launching an app automatically.

Agreed, but the device must be known by the phone / app anyways to be allowed to connect. It’s like this in every BT or BLE connection I know of. Maybe it is something with the background processing capabilities of the Iphone that makes this hard.

The Vivo* devices use Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE).

This is a different protocol and is much more tightly integrated into the Device / OS / App framework.
