I need to erase the personal info in the vivofit2 before I send it back to Amazon. How do I do that. I have already added a new vivofit to harm in connect so this one no longer is connected. Thanks
I don't think there is anything particularly personal in a vf2. Goals, stride length, maybe weight to calculate calories.
The following is for the vivofit (1). I have no idea if the procedure is the same.
Press the button until you see "SLEEP", then press it 3-5 times quickly until you see the FW version number, and then hold the button for 10-20 seconds. It's a bit tricky, so you may have to do it a couple times.
