step count not downloading

The step count on my vivoactive does not download to my garmin connect on ios. any suggestions?

Is it possible you have 2 accounts and you're logged into the other account? Does it say that the sync was successful?

Steps not uploading to GC neither is sleep or calories

The step count on my vivoactive does not download to my garmin connect on ios. any suggestions?

Can't get sleep or steps and then the calories are not displaying between mfp and GC
