Vivosmart update to v. 3.30 bugs

Hello everyone,

After updating my Vivosmart to the latest version available (3.30), I cannot changed visible screens and screen orientation from my Garmin Connect app on iOS. The toggles are responsive, but somehow the selection made is not remembered. Anybody else has the same issue? I did receive a notification during the vivosmart update saying that some files couldn't be deleted, but the second time I tried everything appeared to be ok.

What about web connect? Does it work there?

I and my friend have same issue.

Can't change device setting with garmin connect mobile app.

Same issue with saving settings

I also cannot save some Vivosmart settings. The most troubling one is the alarm. I cannot turn off the alarm.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the settings on the vivosmart. We are aware of the issue, and the developers are working to resolve it and correct it in a future update. At this time, I am unable to provide a specific date. Please be sure to keep an eye on the app store for application updates.
