Vivofit won't pair/sync

Hi

I've had my Vivofit since Christmas & it's always been a bit hit & miss with synching but now it's stopped completely. It was constantly throwing a server error message (since February!) so I deleted the app then reinstalled but when I tried to pair a message came up that 'you are currently using another device' and only one device can be used. It then gives me the option of selecting vivofit or other device. When I select vivofit it pairs (validate the number etc) but every time it gets halfway through the upload it fails & says server error.

I've tried to see what other devices it thinks I have (I don't have any) but the only thing that's registered/shows up is my vivofit. I'm getting very frustrated!! Help, please! :)

    Problem solved!

    Ok, so it seems I fixed the problem. I used my laptop to re-register my vivofit & no everything is working as it should. I wonder if there was a software update that I needed to get??

    Just glad it's all fixed now :)

    I have been trying to pair my new vivofit 2 to my iphone 6 for over an hour. I first synced it to my laptop. It would never pair. Once I removed it from the Garmin Express app on my laptop it immediately paired with my phone. Very frustrating and seems like poor engineering to me that a device can't be connected to both.
