920XT Sync Failed on Garmin Connect Mobile & Garmin Express

I am logged in, device paired. Shows connected from both the 920XT and the Garmin Connect Mobile application.

When I restart the application I get the "Sync Failed, Server Error message". I also noticed that in the setting of the Garmin Connect Mobile it will not allow me to "Set" my Garmin 910XT "as Activity Tracker"

I previously had a Garmin Vivofit under this login account but removed it using the Garmin Connect Website.

I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. That did not work.

I tried restarting the phone. That did not work.


Additionally,

I cannot get the Garmin Express to work. I plug my Garmin 920XT into the computer, open the application and the application find the 920XT just fine. However, when I try to login I get a "server error" message.


Pretty frustrating when you drop over $500 for a device that you cannot use.......

    I'm having the same problem. But, in my case, it used to work fine and suddenly, it just started the error message when I try to send or receive a workout. Can anyone help?

    My fenix 2 synced but I can't see the activity on the site, very frustrating I have been using this site daily for over a year so I know what I'm doing

    I just don't understand why Garmin doesn't give us any reply.

    I started having this problem right after that last update I have only had it for less then a week it worked fine then I plugged it into the computer and hit update and haven't been able to sync with my mobile connect since.
  • Garmin!!! Can you fix this?

    I am tired of that! Every update is anew bug! Unfortunately I already spent too much money on Garmin stuff to go back and change tonother brand.
    Facts:
    1-the connect app shows that the device is connected
    2-it shows syncing in the bottom of the dashboard in green
    3-no error message is displayed
    4-the activity is not transfered to the connect mobile
    5-for god sakes, please fix this asap or roll back 2 firmwares ago and it will reaolve my problem

    I am having same problems as the others. 920XT was working fine and uploading, now it keeps giving me a "server error". So I tried to reload the Garmin Connect on my iOs 8, now it no longer even pairs. Would someone at Garmin please respond to this problem and explain how to fix this. It sounds like many users are experiencing the same problem. It would be good to get a response on how to fix this
