Sync failed server error, IOS, vivosmart

What does sync failed server error mean on the Vivosmart? It has been doing that all day in the App. Bluetooth is on the phone and in the app it says connected. However it does not sync and I get that same error.

Same issue here this morning. This device is probably going back.....Not impressed at all.
