What does sync failed server error mean on the Vivosmart? It has been doing that all day in the App. Bluetooth is on the phone and in the app it says connected. However it does not sync and I get that same error.
My first day with it as well. Glad to hear I am not the only one. Hoping someone can fix this issue. I would imagine this has something to do with the Garmin server, but not sure.
Garmin has been working on it for more than a month, I am so disappointed. and my Fenix 2 keep crashing as well. the Agent in Hong Kong is not good at all.
I'm also experiencing a same problem now. I live in Seoul, South Korea, and I received my vivofit just few hours ago. From when I received, it showed same error that the Garmin Express showed "Cannot connect to Garmin Server". Vivofit connected with ANT+ USB module very well, but it said 'server error'. When I tried with my iPhone 5S, paired very well but the 'steps' data is not uploaded and no calories, sleeps, clocks.
