"SEND TO DEVICE" option on Garmin Connect

Having connected my 810 to Garmin Connect, created courses on the net which then shows on the app, I try to "SEND TO DEVICE" wirelessly but the course doesn't download!!! Using latest IOS.
Any ideas why this facility doesn't work!!!!!???
