Garmin Connect app for ios is not available for Ipad

Hello

I got thus great app on my Iphone, but is not available at the Appstore fo Ipads. Does someone knows why?

I have to use the old Garmin app for Ipad (which looks like the old Garmin Connect web page interface).

Another question if it doesn't bother:

Garmin Fenix informs your time of recovery until your next exercise. As sensors doesn't vary from one model to another (basically GPS receivers and heart rate band), I understand Fenix sowtware is superior and can display things that cannot be displayed in cheaper models like Forerunner 110. But that function (recovery time) should be added to Garmin Connect web or app.

Thanks

Hi, You can load the iphone app on iPads. When searching for it in the App Store, make sure to look at iPhone apps by changing the "iPad only" to iPhone only" on the top left of the search results page.

It isn't as pretty is it could be on the iPad, but it works like it does on the iPhone.

Thanks, I knew that. Just that the old Garmin interface for Ipad looks much better (not so pretty as the Garmin Connect for Iphone, but fitting perfectly in Ipad screen lenght). It's strange that they made the app only for Iphone. I understand that in the case of other apps like Strava or Runtastic, because they are made for being used with the Iphone as the gps gadget. But with Garmin you use de watch and Garmin Connect is just for looking at your run once you are comfortable at home. So it's more reasonable to design it for Ipad than for Iphone, even the most logical is designe it for both idevices.
