Vivosmart sync issues

I won't bother trying to explain my frustration... Seems par the course being a Garmin user ... My issues

Since the IOS app update to connect:

* MyFitnessPal - integration doesn't work. To grant connection permissions it opens up a web browser to grant access which isn't IOS/mobile compatible and doesn't grant access

* Steps - no longer uploading steps despite looking like it it is synching ok. It was uploading yesterday ok, but not all the steps....


Is it possible to stay with the old app until you have one that works ok?

    I am having the same issues. SO frustrating. Makes me wish I had stuck with my Fitbit.

    Eject the VivoSmart USB device from your computer. Re-install Garmin Connect on your phone. Re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.

    • Restart Bluetooth in your smartphone my prepaid center
    • Connect your Vivosmart 4 to a computer.
    • Factory reset your Vivosmart 4.

    They did an update a week or so ago showing update with syncing issues, but still not working. I have no steps, sleep, body battery etc unless I plug in to pc, workouts dont start automatically now, yet Hubby has 2 of there more expensive models with no issues, I cant afford to pay 800.00 plus to have a unit that works
