Device connection error

Hi,

Updated the latest and greatest Garmin Connect. Now my VS and GC aren't talking. When I try to sync I get a Device Connection Error. I have an iPhone 6, and a Vivosmart.

I have done the following:
-Updated the IOS, to the latest release.
-VS is already at the latest release.
-GC at latest release.
-Disconnected and reconnected multiple times. Turning off then on bluetooth (on both the VS and my phone) and re-pairing the devices. Each time getting (what appears to be) a successful connect. This was done both before and after shutting off my phone.

Any other suggestions?
