920xt and Edge1000 IOS issues

I have a 920XT and a E1000 when I try to sync my E1000 I get a screen saying
How to Connect...
In order to connect your E1000
you will need to disconnect the device that is currently connected.

HOW DO I DISCONNECT MY 920XT WITHOUT FORGET DEVICE?
I have found no way.
Besides the Iphone should be able to connect to both devices one at the time, since the 920t is not sending any data and is already synced.

Hi, just switch your 920xt off. Same thing happens when I have my Edge 810 and fenix 3 switched on at the same time.
  • No this is for Garmin to fix not for us to stop using the devices.
Besides dual recording of sessions would only enable a more accurate data in the end.

  • You can only have one device connected to garmin connect mobile at the time

An update is planned for the iOS version of Garmin Connect Mobile to allow for 2 devices to be paired with the application and used at the same time. If both devices are capable of activity tracking, you still have to designate one of the devices as your tracker. Please keep an eye on the Apple app store for the new update.
