Time on App incorrect after changing timezones

I flew from Australia to UK. My phone changed time correctly on arrival. And my Vivosmart also updated its time and all other data correctly. However the Garmin App did not. Everything is out by several hours. Eg it says I woke up at 1215 today when it is currently only 1038. The steps in Vivosmart are correct (500) but on app are over 3000 as it is counting steps from yesterday

How do I get my app to use the current correct time? I have tried syncing several times. The sync works but time doesn't change. I then rebooted phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and it is still wrong. Help please??

    Yes, I have the same problem. Flew from the U.S. to Fiji. My iPad and vivosmart are on the correct time, but cannot get the Connect app to update to the current time.
  • There is a timezone setting in Connect also. Go to the Head and shoulders (bottom) icon on the left and choose display preferences. Make sure it's also set properly.
