iOS sync fail server error

Hi, had my Vivofit for a week and had no problems, but just tried to sync using app on iPhone and it will not sync - I'm getting a sync fail, sever error message. Is there anything I can do about this?!?!? Tried switching phone off and on again, but no joy!

Anyone else having this problem?????

    IOS sync fail errors and Livetrack failures

    Same for my Edge810 after 1.13 APP latest releases.
    No way to sync activitities with iPhone and Livetrack fails with a message mid ride "the activity is not yet complete, but the tracking session has ended"
    Really fustrating.

    Edge 810. iPhone 6. Sync fails every time. But not until it spends about an hour trying while sucking down 30-40% of the phone battery in the process. Been like this for months.

    I have both a garmin edge 510 and edge 1000. I am having problems with both,( constant failed syncs) my 510 has been like this for months but it's only recently happened to my 1000 after the updates.So I've got £650 worth of equipment and I hostile have to manually upload it. I am sick to the back teeth of garmin now. I think I will sell these device when they get sorted. Very disappointed as I have 5 bikes which each have speed and cadance sensors and also 3 heart rate monitors. I've got a forerunner 205 which also played up afte only a year but I put that down to it being old. Garmin really need to get their act together.:mad::mad::mad:

    In iOS 8 (and 9) the Garmin Edge 810, which is otherwise a fantastic kick-butt cycling companion, just will not sync most of the time. Occasionally it does but this is rare. I have no problem with phone recognition in BT, just the sync takes a geologic time period and then fails almost every time. Nothing I do seems to help. I deleted all my rides from the 810 and that seemed to help a bit, but in the past that was not an issue. Is there anyone, anyone, from Garmin out there who can address this. It is clearly a widespread problem.
