Poor support

After reading so many threads about issues it's a disgrace that no real support staff have the common decency to reply or point us in the right direction to solving issues, it seems that only the customers are trying to help other fellow customers.
If I could I and I will be trying I will be returning my Garmin and using another brand.

    AndyG72 we can definitely look in to the issue for you right away if you could call or email us and provide more details. It looks like your post yesterday was in the Connect website portion of the forums but your issue is actually with the mobile app.Garmin responses here on the forums are typically for issues that multiple users are experiencing. Although we can respond to isolated issues here in the forums its usually more efficient to have you contact us directly as we will probably need more information from you to determine a solution.
