When uploading data from my skiing trip, the presentation of data is fine as long as the activity is set to "running". As soon as I change to "Cross Country Skiing", all the heart monitor data, elevation data, tempo etc. disappears. The data are visible on the browser version on the Mac, but not in the IOS version. When I change back to "running" again, the data are all there. Anyone else with this problem? Or is this a bug?
Same thing here. No charts, but the map and summary data are all correct. Last month's cycling activities all have charts, but none of the x-c skiing activities do.
So this only affects the mobile app, but the data is all there on the web site? I'm not too bothered if the graphs aren't there on the app, so long as the data isn't lost.
I guess the activities will be synced to connected services like Strava as cycling if I use my 510 for skiing?
Since the 510 is a cycling GPS, it defaults to cycling. You'll have to manually change it on GC and Strava. Also you should make sure to turn auto-pause off.
