Since several days i cannot watch my data except of the daily overview. Data are not shown in weekly, monthly or yearly overview.

    I'm having the same problem. Seems to have started on Sunday (1/4/15).

    Same here. I've had this Vivofit since November and the software issues have been overwhelmingly bad. Between unreliable MFP integration and GC sync problems this system has not worked more than it has worked.

    C'mon Garmin! Let's get this fixed. I've updated to the 2.9 version of both the Vivosmart firmware and the IOS app on my iPhone. I haven't seen an update on my reports for walking or calories since 1/4/15. Syncing has been completely hit or miss, and NOTHING has shown up in MyFitnessPal for days. Seriously, I'm ready to take the Vivosmart back to the store and exchange it for a Fitbit or something else. Can someone from Garmin please chime in and give us all a ray of hope? Please?

    Amen brother. I can't even get my vivosmart to show up in GC now to do an update to 2.90. My biggest bugbear is that Garmin are ignoring my support email requests. It's so unprofessional. I'm about to take mine back for a refund too.

    I called Garmin Support. They say they're aware that things are still broken, especially with the MyFitnessPal interface. The lady I spoke with made it clear they've had lots of calls about this and gave a 1 week ETA to get things fixed. I'll be patient and give it a week before I take the device back to the store and exchange it for a Fitbit. Sorry Garmin, patience is wearing very thin at this point! Call Garmin, do not e-mail! The more of us that call, the more pressure it will put on them to get this resolved. The support number is: 1-800-800-1020.

    I live in Australia, and Garmin have pretty strict support hours, so no.
