Network error when attempting to sync

I cannot get my device to sync. It says "network connection error" before attempting to sync and then "server error, unable to sync". Anyone else having this problem??

I have a new Vivofit and yesterday it would not sync with my fitness pal and onw it does not sync to update my steps.

I'm pretty sure Garmin is aware of the problem.

Me too. I tried removing and re-adding mine, but now I can't re-add it. Frustrating.

UPDATE: seems to be fixed now. Whew!

I have an iPhone 6 a vivid art, I have tried all the above options with no success. It stopped syncing over the weekend, I get server error each time. Can anyone else confirm Garmin fixed the issue?

In having same issue and I did the firmware update to 2.8 on my Vivosmart

Still can't connect!

I am still unable to sync or pair. Mine has been down since yesterday.

Yup - same problem as all below. "Sync Failed, Server error" every time I try to link my 620 to my phone Garmin Connect App since yesterday (Sunday). Help please!
