MyFitness Pal not connecting to app

My connect app is not getting my calorie information. I am logging it into myfitness pal and it is not syncing with the connect app.

There has been an issue between mfp and various sites, including Garmin. It is now apparently resolved but there is a backlog of data waiting to be transferred. You may have to wait a while until everything is back to normal.

What currently works for me is syncing calories in/out on the webinterface (connect.garmin.com). After that the Garmin Connect app pulls the info in.
