Problem with getting MFP to sync ith Garmin Connect

I'm setting this up for my mother who got a vivofit for a gift. She was previously using MFP, so there is data in there that she would like to keep. During initial set up, she linked Connect with MFP with Facebook, instead of her regular log on. I can't figure out how to go back to change the log on using her normal login and password. Not given the opportunity. I've tried having MFP link to Connect, which took me to the website. I've tried deleting the MFP and reloading the app on her IPAD - doesn't work either. Connect is showing a negative 13 calories still.

Can anyone guide me on how to get this to work?

I am not sure how the login credentials are affecting your ability to sync but there is a well known issue with MFP sending data to GC right now. You can manually pull but automatic sycn'ing from MFP to GC has been spotty for a couple of months.

Junk

Bought a vivofit and vivosmart and 910t and you application synch from garmin connect to myfitnesspal is junk. What are you going to do to fix this issue? I have spent good money on your products and am now close to returning your gear to switch to Fitbit since their applications seem to work fine. Please let me know what you are doing to fix these ongoing issues.

I agree. I've just about had enough of my Vivosmart and the absolutely rubbish Garmin Connect. I ditched my FitBit in favour of the Vivosmart but as soon as the latest FitBit or UP device is available I shall go back. My FitBit always worked perfect;y with MFP.
