Step Goal Missing on Week/Month View

I have a Vivosmart and on a few occasions when I reach my daily step goal it shows it achieved in the daily view, but the week and month view still show it as not reached. If I look in the list view for the month it shows a discrepancy in the steps for that day and short of the goal. Anyone else experienced this or maybe a fix? Assume it is a Connect issue.
  • I have had this issue. Had the vivas art and in about two weeks two days don't appear in the week or month view. Correct figures however are recoded in the day view. Mildly irritating. Not checked the web based connect but this is via the iPad app.

    E-mailed Garmin support who has contacted me and requested additional info. I have sent screen shots showing issue with steps not being shown correct in week/month view. Waiting for response. I believe synching via desktop with Garmin Express but still playing with.

    The discrepancy I was experiencing seemed to rectify itself a couple of days ago. Everything is good now and appreciate the timely response I received on multiple occasions from Garmin. This is the most recent response I received from Garmin.

    Thank you for contacting Garmin International. We have gone ahead and looked at you account and the reports are now matching up to the daily step counts. It might have just been a glitch in our system. We have have had a lot of traffic on our servers from all the new users from the holidays.
