Can't connect my Fenix2 with Mobile device!

I've been trying to do everything to connect my Fenix2 device to my mobile device, but no such luck!

Initially it worked, but then for some reason, totally unknown, it didn't anymore...
The annoying thing is that know, my mobile app (connect) can never find or connect to the Fenix2, even though the Fenix2 says it is connected. So, now I have my Fenix2 saying it's connected and my mobile app finds nothing!

This is what I tried: I deleted the Fenix2 on the app and tried to pair again. Now I keep getting the message "Forget fenix on mobile device" so I'm stuck!
When I try to sync normally (via menu button on Fenix2), he starts "looking" and then he suddenly connects, but to what?! Cause I get nothing via the mobile app.

What is going on and what can I do to fix this extremely annoying issue?

    You need to tell your iPhone to forget your Fenix 2.

    Go to the main iPhone settings then Bluetooth. Under My Devices you will see your fenix 2, press 'i' and then 'Forget This Device'. Now try re-pairing it in Garmin Connect.

  • I have the same problem, but the Fenix does not show up on my iPhone Bluetooth listings! How can I disconnect the Fenix without finding it on the iPhone Bluetooth list?
