Delete a device

How can I delete a device in the app from garmin connect.
I have admidded a fitness pal account to my garmin account app and a automatic account.
Now everything is standing double on my app.
I want to remove one device??

    I will be glad to assist you. In order to remove a device from your account please go to Garmin Connect using a browser on PC or MAC (not a mobile browser).

    1. Login to your Connect account.
    2. Select menu (3 bars in upper left corner).
    3. Select Devices.
    4. Select the picture of your device.
    5. Select settings (small gear icon in upper right).
    6. Select Remove.
    7. Confirm remove.

    Device will now be removed from Connect account.
  • The problem is that I did that but I have two legacy Edge 810s that still show up in my Garmin Connect app for IOS even though they have been deleted from the web app.

    I have the same problem. CS replaced my first 810, now the iOS app shows two devices with no obvious way to delete one of them.

    I also have this problem and am working with Garmin tech support. Problem is, the steps and screen shots they've provided me don't exist in my version of IOS Garmin Connect. I have build version 2.7.1. Here's what Garmin Tech Support told me:

    From the Device section, select the Information Icon at the top right of the screen (the i with a circle around it.). At this point they attached a screenshot which shows that the next screen should say "select a device" at the top of the screen. At that point I'm supposed to be able to select a device and get the following options: "Trouble Connecting", "Add a Device", "Rename a Device", and "Remove a Device". I tried to upload the .PNG screenshots to this message but was unsuccessful.

    In my version, the screen that comes up when I click the Info Icon says "Info" at the top, and I can't find the screen they refer to that allows me to select any device.

    Since the tech sent me screenshots, I believe that what he says exists, but I don't believe my software version has those pages. However, version 2.7.1 is the latest on the Apple Itunes website. Has anyone seen a later version? If so, where can I get it?

    Interesting! How many devices do you have? I wonder why I can't select a particular device. In the tech's screen shot it only listed one device, whereas I have 9 devices listed (4 of which I'm trying to delete).

    I decided to try deleting the app on my IPhone 5c and reinstalling it. The good news is that all of the redundant devices are no longer listed under Garmin Connect Mobile, so now it accurately mirrors what devices I have that are listed on the Garmin Connect website. However, I still cannot see the info page that is supposed to allow me to choose a device to either rename or remove. I'll keep working with tech support on that, since I'm curious why I can't do it while others can.

    And to answer your previous question, I have 2 devices.
    Maybe it was an issue of a long list?
    I have an iPhone 6. Don't know if the app looks different on different phones?
