Settings issue

Having trouble with settings on my Vivofit. I change it from 12hr to 24hr clock, from month/day to day/month and Miles to Kilometres but it doesn't store the information on the app. When I press the back arrow and then go back into settings they have all reset back again so I can't Sync the new info into my device. Is there something I'm missing?

    I was having the exact same issue when using the iPhone app.
    When I connected on my PC using the supplied ANT, everything worked fine and I was able to set kilometers. I assume the date will be fixed too ( today is 9th Sept...lol).
    Took a bit of persuasion to get the Ant to work but it eventually did.

    I will be glad to assist you. This is a known issue and we are currently working to provide a solution within the Connect application. In the mean time please use the ANT+ adapter for syncing and adjust the settings using the Connect website.
    1. Direct the browser on your PC or Mac (not using mobile browser) to Garmin Connect
    2. Select Menu (3 bars in upper left corner of site)
    3. Select Devices
    4. Click on the image of your vivofit
    5. Adjust desired settings and click on save

    You can now sync the vivofit to the computer and the settings will transfer. For more info on how to sync please click here.
