Connecting to iPad

My fenix2 is brand new and totally hopeless. Every time i want upload data from my device to my iPad i have to try at least ten times before I succeed. It is not a problem with my iPad because everything else works perfectly fine. My fenix2 is also extremely slow in every other aspect compared to other similar devices.
