Activities go fine from GC to MFP but calories consumed not going from MFP to GC. This worked fine for me for a few days but just stopped and I have no clue why. Any updates or things I need to try?

I can manually sync by clicking "Sync Now" in the Calories In/Calories Out widget on the Web UI but not working automatically like it had been since the MFP announcement. Can you confirm that works for you?
Mine was working perfectly until yesterday. Now it wont sync my calories. UUGGHHH! If I go to Calories and try to manually sync, it just spins and spins and spins and then stops and nothing happens. Really starting to piss me off.

You are doing this in the mobile app or the website? I can't get the mobile app to update (manually) but if I go to connect.garmin.com I can get things to sync (manually).
I purchased vivofit in Sept and it was working fine with MFP until 10-10-14. Nothing would sync through for two days. I called Garmin, they state that they are aware of issue. After two days it starting syncing automatically again. It worked fine again until yesterday, 10-17-14, and now is back to not syncing calories or activity automatically. I can force sync it from website but not from mobile app. Garmin did not give any idea when issue would be resolved or if was a Garmin issue or a MFP issue......Anyone having any success with this??????
