Edge 1000 showing up twice in device list

My Edge 1000 shows up twice in my device list when the unit is not connected to the 1000. Is there a way to only get the 1000 to show up once? I cannot find a delete feature.

Thats the way its supposed to work. One connection is regular BT, one is for BTLE.

Thanks for the info. It is very confusing given there is no indication of the connection types. Bad UI design.
