Remove Garmin Edge 810 from Garmin Connect Mobile

Hi!

Why can’t I remove my old Garmin Edge 810 from Garmin Connect Mobile? It does not show up on the ”Remote device”-page.

On the web based Garmin Connect it’s removed from my devices, but it still shows up in the device list on the Garmin Connect Mobile app.

    I have the same issue with an edge 510 that I want to remove.

    To remove old device..
    Log in to Garmin connect web site,
    If you are using old style page, you have to switch to modern page.
    Select the drop down menu and select Devices.
    Then select the device which you want to remove.
    On the most right hand side, click the gear and select remove.
    Go to your your app, sign out and sign in again.

    If it is still there, go to your device setting.
    Find your application manager.
    Find the app Connect.
    Click clear caches.
    Then go to the app and sign in again.
  • I did that and it was removed from th4e web page but still shows up in the IOS app. In fact I see three instances of the Edge 810 in my IOS app
