Vivofit device keeps disconnecting from the iPhone vivofit app

Help!!! My new vivofit device won't stay connected via Bluetooth. I have to manually connect via Bluetooth, it syncs then disconnects right away. Which means I can not utilize the live workout sessions with other people.

    Help!!! My new vivofit device won't stay connected via Bluetooth. I have to manually connect via Bluetooth, it syncs then disconnects right away. Which means I can not utilize the live workout sessions with other people.



    IT's been a very frustrating experience trying to get this to work - GARMIN - when users (who are tech savvy) cannot figure out problem with your vivofit and an iphone (with millions of customers), you have a BUGGY product... right now, I cannot recommend this product to anyone. I want to like it...but....

    It is designed to connect and directly disconnect because of battery issues. I normally mannually sync with my iPhone 4S in the morning, after waking up, in the evening right before to go to bed and after an hartsensor monitored activity. Works like a charm.

    Yes do the sync while looking at the device setting and you can see it connect sync and then go back to the disconnected status!
